Shortly after its inception, PGL introduced the first version of PGLSystem Cargo, along with a mobile application designed to allow customers real-time tracking of their vehicles and shipments. The company's rapid growth in market share within the United Arab Emirates led to the establishment of a second branch in Houston, Texas, in 2021. In line with its mission to enhance customer service, PGL has made continuous improvements to its PGLSystem Cargo based on user feedback, implementing enhanced safety measures for vehicle loading through the use of foam, chains, and straps for triple protection.

Riding on positive market feedback, PGL expanded further with new branches in Salalah and Muscat, as well as increasing its presence in the United States by operating from cities such as Oakland, Los Angeles, Jacksonville, and Chicago. Recently, PGL launched an upgraded version of its PGLSystem Cargo, which offers customers timely updates regarding their vehicles and improved mobile app functionalities.
